after much procrastination i got these in with the help of a neighbor. Really easy, straight forward install.

Jack truck up, put on jackstands.
Fully extend rear axle
Remove bottom bolt on both shocks
Undo u-bolts
With axle supported by jack, drop down until enough room to place shim

Jack axle back up in place
tighten everything back down

FINISHED

This resolved 90-95% of my vibes. It's almost like i have to really get on it for it to vibrate and thats the nature of the beast and axle wrap. A set of leaf spring clamps will eliminate it all together IMO
