Default Need some advice on lowering a 2012 FX2...

This spring I plan to lower my FX2. I just want a mild lowering because I plan to still use my truck for towing once and a while and I will be installing an airlift slamair kit to prevent any bottoming out if I were to tow or haul a heavy load. I dont want to go lower because I would have to install a rear flip kit and I don't feel comfortable putting a heavy load on the truck when the leaf is mounted under the axle vs over.
I want to use a belltech kit as I like the way they do it I have a question which kit to go with. First off I want to lower my truck much like Jimaa66 from this thread https://www.f150forum.com/f66/bellte...ew-4x4-180938/ but he has a 4x4 so I am not sure if there is any differences between his and mine. The look he has is what I am going for. On the belltech website, I have a choice between 2 kits, the 970SP which includes the struts, rear shocks and drop shackels. There is another kit 974SP which has the same as above but includes belltechs springs. Is there a benefit to using belltechs springs? Would it overall be better then using my stock springs? These kits say 2" rear drop, but if I want to go level I need to remove another inch. Is there a factory 1" block on the truck like the Jimaa66's 4x4 lariat on my FX2 to give me that 3" rear drop?

Any help is much appreciated.
