Angle of flange coming out of rear end... (+2)
Flat edge on bottom of rear end (+4)
Drive shaft in rear between rear end and carrier (0 - +1/2)
Front drive shaft between carrier and trans (+2 maybe +2 1/2)
Adjustments are done... Close as I can get them with my knowledge. .. what yall think.
I went up with carrier and up with Rear end today..

Maxpat it's night a day difference... it's actually not bad... very liveable. It has a slight slight little vibration at around 25.. instead of a violent rumble shake your McDonald's cup from 10 to 40 mph it's now a tight fast short slight vibration around 25mph.
Question Pat. If I was to fine tune it a little further what would diff need to do? My guess would be come up a tad more on diff.. like a hair...

I would try first to drop the diff a bit.
when accelerating, the diff rotate up a bit: so if you have a vibe in acceleration while they are parallel, drop it by 1 or 2deg.
if it's worst, do it the other way.
it took me 2-3times to have it good.

I did some more driving today and I can't feel anything out the norm. So maybe something set in or I was feeling the rough roads here in Louisiana...
I'm going to drive it like this for week or two to see for sure and not make any further changes till I have more data... but the trip today was perfect!
I may rotate and balance tires before any adjustments also..
Special thanks to maxpat82 for the great info... much appreciated brother!
I think I caught a bug.. I'm already wanting to go lower!

SO what did you do? Your turn the Diff Up more or down?? I have the DJM 3/4 Drop...and I get a Vibe that is not real bad but it only happens on Accel at 15-20mph then it's smooth. I had my guy turn it down as that's what everyone said to do...and it only got worse! Then he turned it back up...and it's where the vibe is at now.. not too bad. think I should go slightly more up? this was driving me nuts also!! LOL...

Yea bud. I had to point mine slightly up too. 2degrees to be exact. Without knowing your angles I would say just try to make the diff parallel with the first shalf.
Either a tad up or down but definitely not pointing to the ground like many have mentioned including djm. Every truck like mine including dropped and stock... diffs are pointed slightly up! And djm says replicate that but in the same sentence says it should be pointed down...only made mine worse too. Maybe with a 1 piece drive shaft but these 2 piece drive shafts are different. If it's pointing up more the 5deg reds I say go down a tad. Remember the diffs turns up when you're accelerating. So you don't want it too high. It may take several tried to nail it

Word of wisdom! If you want to keep a good factory ride when doing a drop, don't do like me and install your twin tube shocks upside down! Your ride will be horrible in rear. I flipped them around last night and man what a difference! Can't believe it took me a week and a half to figure it out!
