If you want a truly smooth ride. 5 or more notch. i mean 5 is ok but load it up will bottom out

See Im on the boat bro, Ive loaded up with five people no biggie, six and I got that damn scrapping sound, and of course I bottom out if I run through speed bumps. Quick question though, I did have my factory shackles on me but I went with the shackles supplied on the kit, acoording to tony those are lift shackles, what would have been the difference if I did the factory ones?
