HAHA thnx man! Yea I just had the MAK Perfomance Cat-Less Y-Pipe installed on Sat. Fit great not hard to Install. But With my No Resonator and 40 Series FLowmaster...It Became Way too LOUD! And had mean Ugly RASP! Had it taken off today! Back to normal. Had more Power mid range to High. But the sound was just too much! I like it loud. But this new 5.0 Motor becomes really Loud! LOL.....Not like my Old 90 5.0 With Off Road pipes. was not even clos to loud as this truck was! LOL...Yea Sometimes I want to go back to a Mucle car. Or boost my truck. I'm so Undecided! LOL...Luv you truck just the way it is now man! and yea the Spacers make a huge difference in looks. 
Truck is looking good man! I haven't done much lately to mine. Been debating on a supercharger or just getting another Cobra instead. If I get a Cobra then I am pretty much done with mine for a while but if not I have a few performance mods that i want to do!! Love your truck man!

For mine...the tips of the Factory Studs were just barley touching. the part where there's no threads on it. Right at the Tip....I just filed down the tip a bit just to be safe. But the more thicker spacer you use. you wont need to do anything. as the spacer will cover it the thicker you go. Since mine was only 1 inch. the Studs still stuck out a bit. so from 1.25 to thicker you will be good to go on the studs not hitting the back of rim! Hope that help ya!
