Default Mild Sunset build w/pics

Well, bought the truck last fall, and wanted to wait till winter was past to start changing anything.

I would love to be able to slam it 3/5 but unfortunately in our small town there are no street sewer systems, so some pretty big water runoff dips on our streets, If I'm not going slow enough I can scrape the chin spoiler at stock height/tires.

Also, since this is my daily driver I don't want to get too carried away as I don't want to sacrifice ride quality/handling or drivability, I have several other toys for playing around, this truck needs to remain serviceable.

I went with just a 2 GF levelling kit and wedges, I jumped fro the stock 20's to Shelby 22's and 305/45/22 tires.

I think it turned out well, but I am still looking to drop the front maybe an inch.

I guess the only real down side was I wanted the front tires even with the fender lip, and then I was going to space the back tires out to match.

Unfortunately, the front tires do stick out and the backs are perfect, I guess I will install the Bora 1" spacers on the rear and then go with an oem style flare painted to match.

I really wanted to clean no flare look, but I would rather have the flares than the tires sticking out.

Here's the pic's,

Looks great!! I had those hankook ventus once, never again. They are hard as a rock here in Kansas when it gets cold. Hope those are your summer tires! I too wanted to slam mine, but since I tow a 28' pontoon and 31' Aerolite camper, I would have had to add helper bags and didnt want to spend that much to do those upgrades, so a 2" shackle is all she is getting.

Love your color and wheel choice, looks great so far!!

Also wish I had the funds to snag those stock 20's from you, especially yours with the grey inserts.

Thanks for the input, wheel spacers have arrived, will get them on and then determine which flare to go with, after that it's on to doing something with the running boards.

I don't necessarily hate them, especially since my truck is not that low. Maybe buy another set and make them "Full Length" so that they go wheel to wheel, as it is now they look unfinished.
