That's not a shackle that's the lift hanger to make it 4" of drop. It uses the stock shackle in back.

Just google mcgoughlys 2/4 drop or 4" flip kit. It's large bracket that bolts on to the hanger and the leaf bolts to that. There's 2 smaller holes in the front of the stock hanger. The bracket utilizes those as well as the main leaf spring bolt holes to bolt on to the hanger.
