Do the 03 s crew 2WD have torsion bars? And does anyone make drop leaves and spindels?

-2wd's do not have torsion bars.

There's several different companies to choose from. I used DJM 2" drop springs with the DJM Hangers and Chassis Tech adjustable 4 drop shackles. I also recommend Belltech shocks.

There's several quality kits from good companies to decide on for 97-03 model F-150's out there.

One more thing to keep in mind. If you're running the original sized tires that came on the Harley rims then a 3/4 will be nothing to worry about clearance wise. If you've gone up a few series in tires then you may run into a slight clearance problem. 275/45/20 is the original size tires for 00-03 Harley's.

Good luck on whatever you decide on!
