What towing is for you?

hauling motorcycle in the bed or towing motorcycle in an enclose trailer(let say 6x12)?

Nobman: Always wanted a truck that low since I lowered my 1987 Ranger 3/4...but sold it.

Jetpilot2: I have the exact same truck( not the same color..mine is gray, not silver) and I'm planning on dropping it 3/5 with the DJM kit in the spring.

I have a trailer, but won't for long, so towing is no longer necessary. I will be using the truck as a daily driver with occasional small loads in the bed.

I talked to Tony and he gave me some great advice. It looks like I will be going with DJM parts; 2/5 with shocks. That should be just about right with my Saleens. I should be getting the wheels and tires installed within the next two weeks, and then the kit installed the first or second week of Dec. The only bad part is; I won't be home to enjoy it until after the new year! :-(
i may have missed it somewhere, but are those saleen wheels 22s? cause with how mine is sitting, im planning on 20s in the front and 22s in the rear

Oh man, that thing is going to be awesome! I think you should peel off the decals soon, or get a custom set blacked out

for the rear I would probably fill the box with some flat screen tv's, beer, and hot bit ches. for the front I would use a big block stroker and more booze.

I would say for your truck, if your going to go low, go real low. don't waste your time dropping it 1 or 2". If you only do a slight drop, in time it won't be low enough. get it done right the first time. if they make drop spindles for your year I would go with that and a flip kit.
