Default Level 2WD with 24s?

Got a question about running 24s on my 2013 Lariat. I absolutely love the ride quality of my stock tires and don't want to sacrifice it in any way. I also have an Ecoboost and love the quietness in the cab. I would like to lower the rear 2" to level the truck and would like custom rims.

I found a great deal on some 24" KMC wheels but I'm concerned about the ride with 305/35 tires. I know I could put 285/40 instead but that only adds another .25" of sidewall and limits my choices on tires.

Can anyone comment on the ride quality of either of those tire sizes compared to stock? If so what tires are you running? Thanks

It will stiffen your ride up a good bit. Lowering the rear 2" will not effect your ride but the tires will. Not sure how you love the factory ride but with 24s and low pro tires it will be much stiffer then it is now.

Yeah like I mentioned my ride quality is very important, guess I'll have to pass on the 24s.

I know 24s would look a lot better but it looks like I'm stuck with 22s, thanks
