Oh okay yea I have the same kit as u... Lol I was just wondering b/c it looked lower than mines .

This picture is after i c-notch and lifted the front up a inch. It is a 4/6 by parts, might be lower but never really measured it. 2013 limited 22's with 285/35 tires. Looking into building a custom cross member, because i still scrape.

My 2005 was 2.5" at the front crossmember, that gets old quick, but then you just look at the truck again and you get over it.

It wouldnt be too hard to modify the crossmember to be flush with the frame. but then also the exhaust y pipe hangs down too.

My 2004 Cobra sat super low!! I had to be super careful when driving it. I got this truck to get away from that but now I am about to lower it soon. Just not as low as some here. Got a 2/4 kit on the way!

All you guys going with the 3/5 kit, which is the better kit? Belltech or DJM? I refuse to cut the frame on my brand new truck, is a notch necessary for the most comfortable ride? I take trips with 2-3 other ppl in my truck regularly, will the added weight of the passengers cause any issue(some bigger dudes 250-300lbs.)? Are the shocks that come with the kits any good? Can air shocks be used in the rear to help with bottoming out opposed to a slambag kit? How much actual travel do you have between frame and axle with the flip?
Also i have a fx2 with the front bumper valence that hangs low, common to scrape these on curbs n such?

Sorry for all the questions, this would ne my first dropped truck.
