stock rear shackle would drop it down by at least 1", maybe 2"(not sure)

but you definatly have something different on your truck: I would say you have a add-a-leaf on it already.

Is anyone removing the block that is between the leaf spring and the perch? I read where its good for another 1 1/4" worth of drop. Will this affect my towing ability?

2 leaf + the "overload"(straight) one.
Here's mine on my 07 fx2.

Summers22: Yes you can remove the block and bump stop(but you need to replace the bumpstop sith a urethane one(DJM or belltech have some).
Pretty sure you'll need shorter U bolt too.
1,25" drop would change anything in your tow rating, unless you tow really heavy( max of the truck rating)

Unfortunately they do not make them anymore, but my old set from that truck is sitting in my backyard, but they are in horrible shape and would need to be repaired.
