They are +31 offset and yes they stick out, but I have some OEM style fender flares getting painted metallic silver as we speak. Those add another inch of coverage which bring the rears totally in and make the fronts "acceptable."

Same style, yes. But mine are 22"x9.5" with 305-45 tires and I have the factory fender flares on my newer body style.
