my Belltech front struts came in today

I'll be ordering the rear flip kit soon to drop the rear, and then it'll be on to the install!

lol, in due time

I used the money I was going to use for the rear flip kit to take my niece and nephew to Universal Studios a couple weeks ago. Will probably order the flip kit next pay

today though, I was scrounging around in the garage and found my box of left over spray paint engine enamel I was using during rebuilding the engine on my last truck

sooooo...

I resprayed the struts

I got them second hand with a couple thousand miles on them, so they had some nicks and scrapes on them, so I figured I'd take care of that

they're drying in a sort of chandelier fashion, hanging from a punching bag chain, lol

oh yeah and here's the rest of the hardware, even though I don't plan on using ANY of the aluminum shims

I'm also going to get new lock washers and nuts instead of reusing the originals

lol

I have to get the rear flip kit first. I'm not going to lower the front and just leave the *** up in the air; that would look goofy

this is an in-progress thing

Plus I have to get my tools back to this house so I can do the job. I just moved, and the only tools I have here is enough to do an oil change
