I got her sitting exactly how I wanted now.
Started with a McGaughys 2/4 kit but the front was 1/2" higher than the rear. I thought I didn't get the full 2" but after rechecking some numbers I actually wound up with 4.5" in back. I scored a BNIB BellTech kit with struts and drop shocks so I combined the two today. It's sitting at 3/4.5 now.
I also added 11/16" poly button head bumpstops instead of the taller McGaughys stops....that alone eliminated 95% of the bottoming out I was getting. I can definitely live with it now....it takes a serious bump to bottom it out now. I also added the OEM rear fender liners which really clean things up.
Anyway....

I have no complaints. Not as good as the adjustable QA1's I had on my lowered 2012 and 2014 Rams but much better at low speeds than the Fox 2.5 reservoir shocks I had on my 15 F250. They're cheap...I'd say they're fine for what they are. The biggest noticeable difference was swapping the long rear bump stops for the button head style. That extra inch of travel made a world of difference.
