Default DJM 3/5 drop on a 2013 F150.

Hey everyone, I have a 2013 F150 2wd XLT and I am wanting to do a 3/5 drop on it but I have a few questions:

1: on DJMs website it shows there drop spindles as 2 inch or 3 inch drop spindles, but on some other sites I've seen them listed as 2.5 and 3.5 so I was wondering if anyone knows how much they actually will drop my truck?

2: in the installation instructions on DJMs site they say that for the 3.5 drop spindles that I will have to go to a shorter front tire so it doesn't rub, does anyone know if that is true?

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks, John.

I do a lot of these trucks locally and also on here many kits sold so here we go

1) its 2.5 or 3.5 LOWER control arms not spindles they say 2 or 3 but you will get 2.5 or 3.5 about depening on which arm you go with

2) its drop control arms and I would need to know what size tire you have on the truck now and what wheel to tell you if will rub or not.

my tires are 265/60R18 and they are about 30.5 inches tall.

If my tires will rub with that kit, could you suggest any other 3/5 drop kits that would still retain my stock struts/springs in front and stock leafs in back???

That's the best news I've gotten all day, thanks.

I won't have to C-Notch my frame for the 3.5/5 drop will I?

have you measured your truck> before i install/sell a kit you need to do this because many times a 5 inch drop in rear is lower than the 3.5 in front especially if you dont have a block in rear.

I haven't measured it yet, but I will as soon as I get home from work this afternoon.
When I measure it, should I just measure from the ground to the top of the wheel well in front and back on both sides?
