Default Did I lower my truck too much from the front???

Those who have followed my other thread know how I got to this point, 5.5in drop in the front. My question is, from a "safety" prospective only, is this too low?

Once I installed the lca's the tires/rims tucked in so it wont hit fender lip. But what worries me now is the crossmember is MAYBE 2inches off the ground!! Not even that prolly. Do any of you really really low guys have this problem??

Dont laugh at my gauge.

Used to stick out bout half an inch, now nice and tucked.

The lca's are what allowed them to align. Plus with all my other parts, I was able to add all the rings on drop shocks to 1in lift so it rides alot better now. Very happy with them. Altho I did lose some turning radius and tires/rims aren't matched now since front is tucked.

I don't think safety is an actual issue but I would expect that to hit occationaly! It looks dead sexy but I would try to raise it atleast 1 inch. Maybe you can custom fab a new crossmember vs. raising the truck?

I definatly see getting into parking lots, speed bumps, and railroad crossing not being much fun.

P.S. The best thing you could do is bag it! Have the dead sexy stance but roll with a little bit more clearance.

I'm hella taking it easy on bumps, r/r, etc. I just dont want to damage my truck. I dont think i can raise it anytime soon cuz my bank account wont allow it, lol. I'll just hope for the best.

This crossmember isn't the only low point.
-The LCA attach point.
-The trans crossmember and exhaust crosspipe to the Y.

IMO I wouldn't go that low whitout having the possiblity to raise it..(air ride)...but You live in CA and have nice road...not the third world road like we have here in quebec.

look badass nonetheless
