Default belltech 2" shackles

I put these shackles on my 2011 fx2 today and love the way it looks but as I took it for my first drive it seems like whenever I go over a decent bump at an angle and the rear suspension is making a popping noise.

Is this everything just seating in? I tried tightening it back just like the factory ones were.

Plus I bent the little metal flap above the shackles on the bed. If I was to load the bed up or haul a trailer will that rub on the sackles.

Did you tighten the bolts AFTER lowering your truck off the jackstands and jack? The weight of the truck needs to be on the ground before fully tightening the bolts, otherwise, it will bind and not travel properly.

Did you cut the bed bottom lip?

did you tighten the rear shackle with full weight of the truck on the ground?

No we tightened in the air. So should I loosen them all jacked up then put it on the ground then tighten them all to correct this?

I bent the metal flap over I didnt cut it just rolled it over.
