Hi, trying to find a sportier smaller/sleeker looking mirror solution for my 09. Would prefer a paintable or gloss black type. I think the street scenes look rather small and goofy(no offense). Has anybody swapped to a earlier style???(I envision 04-08 as not being as big and square in my mind, Ill have to start paying attention in parking lots). Hope this is ok posted in here....I can hear the banjos coming after me already in the other section.

However, people have swapped mirrors from 09+ onto their 04-08 models (and that's on my to-do list as well) and everything has bolted right up for them. So I don't see why it wouldn't work.
