Is there any air lift kits or helpers for lowered trucks? For pulling loads?

I want to lower my 81 f100, what kits are available to lower front and rear? I did an 85 i used to own, I think I went 4" in front and 6" in rear. How low can I go with an available kit? If I have to change to a ball joint front end to go lower than 3&4' its ok with me

I only have a king pin 3 inch for the front

Is they're any products out there for lowered trucks to stiffen the suspension? I see helper airbags everywhere but not sure if they will work or not. I got a 3/5.5 drop and I want to pull my trailer with it. But right now that's not gonna happen lol helper springs or shorter airbag helpers possibly?
