I got that same kit in yesterday! (59210)
I'm planning on installing it next Saturday or so... your pics and everyone else info helps alot.

From what I gather as long as your at custom ride height and bottom bracket is in the correct placement, the alignment tool will get you were u need to be.
They will be angled, yours look a tad more angled but I'm sure that's where it need to be. I'm sure some of the others can chime in.

Also I think yours looks like that bc of your 4in drop. Alot of us have the 5in rear drop so that top bracket will be a tad further up. I would say definitely move the top bracket up a tad to get the corner bolt drilled in a good spot. You will still be in the bags limits... just keep that same angle and cheat it up just enough to get that bottom corner bolt. Hopefully someone can confirm this as a good idea bc I'm no expert by any means

your leaf pack seems to have a way bigger arch them mine (that's why your bigger angle on the bracket)

Mcgaughy uses stock shackles in the back with a bracket in the front of the springs along with the axle flip. Maybe this is the reason for the angle like yall said. Also I am assuming when jacking the truck I will need to jack from the pumpkin, seems like the bag will pull apart of I jack and let the wheel hang like normal.

Got mine in finally. Installed the L brackets and put back on the ground to line up upper. I ran the air line through the frame and came out at the lower license plate holes.

Tips:
-Don't start until you have a 9/16 bit, you probably don't have one.
-A 4 degree shim will not fit between the lower l bracket and upper saddle with a mcgaughys drop
-put be L bracket and then put your wheels back on to measure for the upper bracket. More work but it will be spot on unless you can use a tape measure better than me lol. Once on the ground I put the lower bracket and alignment tool in place and marked it off with a sharpie and a put a dot with a paint pen.
- I didn't have to relocate but no one mentioned the brake bracket that it's in the way of the driver side upper mount.

Anyone else have squeaking/creaking/ rattling in the rear after installing this? I get a weird creak on weight transfer (taking off) that makes my truck sound about 30 years old an it is bugging the crap out of me . I have been keeping around 35lbs in them

Default Suggestions

Anyone have any suggestions about adding airbags? I have the Belltech 3/4 and I would like to add these for towing and hauling reasons. I also noticed you have to add a bracket between the leafs and the axle does it lower the truck a bit more by adding this? My truck sits pretty even all around.

Sure I would love to have a no drill setup but I am pretty sure that doesn't exist.

I know that some of you have already installed and thank you for the pictures and if you can give me any additional pointers that would be great. It looks like the kit is selling for about $340.

Thanks

All those installs look great ! I went with 5k bags to go overboard and have plenty of bag to tow extra heavy things. I tow my heavy 30 foot boat at only 25 lbs in bags ...
