You have to swap to the 04-08 rotors though. If you do that be sure to buy centric hubs and 4x4 rotors, that way you can change the bearings and rotors independently.

The spindles have the same geometry, they just have a different hub design. So if you replace the 09-14 hub with a 04-08 rotor setup then you can run teh 04-08 spindle.

A member on F150online SLW-SVT did this after I told him about it. He was having a very hard time with bump steer on his bagged 2012 king ranch, which these spindles corrected it for him.

I'm not sure if he swapped the calipers too, or just the rotors. To be safe I would buy the calipers and return them if not needed, I compared part numbers and the 04-08 have the same part number calipers as 09-10, but once they went to the 5.0 in 11 the part number changed. They may still be the same, but not 100% sure.
