If you do talk to him ask him to read that email.. The problem is described in the email... I sent u an email a few days back as well, Ransom thinks its a bracket defect... I believe it's a variance in the frame that doesn't allow that bracket to rest on it ...

same exact issue i have.. going back today to loosed up the six bolts for the brackets and springs.. drive it and torque back up on the ground. my installer put in pie shaped shims to fill the gap in between the brackets that hold the front spring. seems to me they should marry up but werent even close. i have a 2013 fx2. anybody know of a different kit for the rear that drops from the back of the spring?. is it possible?
