I finally broke down and bought some shims for the pinion angle.

WORKED PERFECTLY!!!! I installed the flip kit with the front shackle (983SP), basically makes it a 4" drop which I am glad because the struts didn't bring it down as much as I had hoped

I just installed these and they eliminated all vibration:
