Yea just drive shaft alignment. Any truck I've ever lowered needs a little tweaking to be vibe free. Right now its only a very slight vide at 15 to 20 during acceleration. I'm gonna play with carrier bearing shims till I hit the sweet spot.

How's the vibration at higher speeds , curious since Im racing the truck in the 1/4 from time to time it will get up to 112 by the end of the 1/4 . Wondering if the vibration you get is just in the low mph range.

Just low end. 15-20mph after that its smooth, I've had it up to 90 with no other vibes. Played with shimming carrier bearing but no dice. I'm gonna play with the pinion angle this weekend. The vibe is mild on normal driving, but heavy if I goose it from a stop. I figure my pinion needs to go down a couple degrees to account for the torque.

This is why I go with the djm kit much easier to adjust pinion on customers trucks

I've used DJM in the past for a couple drops, without getting into a long story lets just say they're dead to me. How hard is putting in a shim really?

getting the right shim on the 5 inch kit is tricky. Ive done a lot of 12s locally and some trucks you can get it right and some it takes time. 2 or 4 degree sometimes does the trick but then you get the ones where is 6 degree thats a big shim
