belltech is the only one that I know that make drop spindle for the F150.
don't think they have a 2012 model.
your other choice is a custom one from a compagnie like michigan metal work.(MMW)

MMW makes great products. That said they are VERY proud of them. I'd guess your looking at the $1,500 range since there more than likely guna be one off unless they've got a jig made from a previous customer.
