Default And now I’m done...it’s as close to perfect as it can get.

Well...my version of perfect anyway.
I went back through the front and rear and the current and final parts list is this:
Front:
IHC adjustable upper control arms.
BWoody coilover conversion brackets.
Viking double adjustable coilovers with 600lb springs.
Speedway Motors bump stops.
Hellwig sway bar with custom end links.
Rear:
Calvert Racing weld on axle saddles.
DJM 1” lift shackle.
Viking D220 double adjustable shocks.
Ride Tech weld on lower shock mounts.
Speedway Motors bump stops on the shocks.
Prothane ultra thin bump stops on the frame.
Hellwig sway bar with custom end links.
Stifflers traction bars with Johnny Joints.

I swapped the VAS conversion brackets up front because the BWoody parts are just a superior product all around. Thicker, better mounting and better welds.
I swapped the flip kit saddle to a weld on because I was just overpowering the bolt on saddle and it kept bending.
The Speedway bump stops are foam and work awesome to stop the front from bottoming out into the fender liners since the Viking coilovers don’t have bump stops at all.
The rear shock mounts let me even out the shock angles and lengths. I put them where the shock has 1” more travel than the suspension does and use the Speedway stops on them to act as a buffer before the axle can make contact with the main bump stop...seems to be working well. No more hard slams.
It’s been a long road but welding on the axle saddles means no more breaking and also let me center the axle side to side where it was about 3/16” off before. That and spending some time on an alignment rack adjusting the UCA’s let me dial in the perfect wheel fitment I was after. I did have to use a 1/4” billet aluminum spaced out back but enough of the hub protrudes through that it keep the wheel hub centric.
It’s sitting at exactly 3.25”/5.5”
I think I’m happy now. For a while at least. lol

. Definitely one bad azz truck! The thing I like the most is it's not overdone or outlandish. Everything just compliments and improves what started out nice to begin with.

So with the weld-on saddles, I guess you need to make sure the pinion angle works for you before you weld it?

Yes and that’s the whole point to me...no extra parts needed.

This is absolutely clean. Nice work. That weld job is on point, too.

Any pics with the running boards out? They hit the ground? lol
