Gen 1 Lightning Instrument Panel Bezel

Does anyone know where I can buy a 1992-1995 Ford F-150 Lightning instrument panel bezel (the one that comes with the factory installed fog light switch where most trucks have the electronic transfer case switch)? Let me know please!
