Default I need your help: 1997-2003 F-150 Harley Lighting Lartiat BLACK Interior

Hi Everyone,

I need your help in replacing my grey interior to an All BLACK one. I have a 2000 Ford F-150 XLT Xtra Cab or Super Cab. I am in need of most of the interior plastics etc in BLACK. From my research it seems this would come out of Harley Davidson Editions and Lightnings but maybe also Lariats and some standard edition F-150s. If you know of anyone parting out a truck, found one in a wrecking yard etc I am more than happy to work out a fair deal with your for the parts or a finders fee. Any help you can give would be appreciated. I have 100% Feedback on over 300 transactions on ebay and have been on there for 16 years. Please feel free to check out my build thread as well.

I need the following, all in BLACK:

-Front and rear door panels. Lower and Uppers.
-A-Pillar trims.
-Dashboard Parts including cup holder.
-Thresholds.
-Rear Cab rtim around door and seat.
-Center Armrest-short trim
-Grab Handles.
-Seat Belt surrounds.
-Seat Belts.
-Roof Center console/glasses holder.
-Dome Light Surround.

-BTW I did try painting some interior parts and it came out looking decent but I would prefer to go the Ford OEM Black interior part route. Thank you.

Try heritage trucks also. I just got one, and it has a black interior.

I used a product called Colorbond in black and changed some of my interior plastic parts and it looks great. It might be a lot easier than buying all new stuff

I know a guy who bought a wrecked HD truck and I know he's got black interior he's not using. I'll check and see if I can give you his phone number for info and get back to you. Shipping may be pricey as he's in MI.

Thank you for the suggestion. I am familiar with painting interior plastics. The process I used in the past is about a 12 step process between all the prep and painting. That's a big reason I'm looking for the OEM Black plastics.

How many steps did you use while using the Colorbond?

Cleaned the parts with soap and water, wiped with alcohol, Colorbond pre treatment, Colorbond, then clear coat. Looks real nice, but I can see where it could be time consuming doing all interior pieces.

Thank you for the reminder. I just contacted him.

I was leaning towards painting everything, but let's see what he says and thanks for the heads up
