Subwoofer and Amplifier
Just to start off, there is no way this will fit into a truck. I used to compete in subwoofer competitions with my old Jeep and decided to stop and do more off roading (never was in it for the subs, just for the money :P). Only reason I'm posting it here is the chance of somebody wanting the amplifier or if someone has an SUV or sedan that they want some bass in.
Anyway, to the subwoofer. It's a RD Audio Alpha v2 15" (2000W RMS, 4500W Peak) sub in brand new condition. Was literally run for only 4 hours on low (no competition for this one). It is an amazing sub, very low notes and very very loud (doesn't have to be, you can turn down the gain on the amp, but it can take a beating and will provide one). At half volume on medium gain and no bass boost, I shook pans off the rack in my kitchen (through about 5 walls and about 40 feet away).
The amplifier is a Hifonics Brutus Bxi2008d 25th Anniversary Edition. Is 2000W@1ohm. It was used for a year, has been tested and opened up and everything is 100% perfect running. Pushes tons of power and is very customizable. Very good looking too, if I may say so myself.
Other side notes: The sub is in a 3.75 cubic foot box (can't remember measurements off top of my head, I'll be happy to provide more pics and measurements on asking) ported at 34Hz.
$450 OBO + Shipping (450 may sound steep, but look up common companies like JL or Kicker and 1. try and find this much power 2. try and build it in under 450 bucks. The original costs were 320 for amp and 400 for subwoofer (normal v2 was a little cheaper, but this has copper coils (an upgrade from their normal aluminum) so I think it's a good deal).
Am willing to entertain any reasonable offers or trades (not sure what I would want but I have a 06 F150 FX4 SuperCrew if you have any ideas).
