I've still got it. The needles are a press fit, just push them on. You'll need clear ones to use LEDs, or factory F150 ones to use the regular bubls

It's for a console shift tho right how hard would it be to make it work with a column shift?

All you have to do is pull the shift indicator out of your gauges and install it in the new one. plug and play

The mid 90s Ford Ranger and Explorers had them and I was told to buy a gauge cluster from fleabay or a salvage yard to get them
