5.4 3v intake manifold or working IRCM

I am in desperate need of a IRCM or a full intake manifold for my truck. I do not have a lot of money so any help is appreciated.

I have no codes. Ford told me my issue before was clogged cats and bad mas/maf. Changed out the cats. It's getting horrible gas mileage and is still a little laggy but very drive able
