While I'm not trying to put up the details of what's been doing down (maybe he doesn't want to, idk) But, consider that I'm buying this truck, I know what I'm paying for it.
As for the price of your truck, I don't know what others around your area are selling their F150 for, but I think it's a good price, especially since you've taken good care of it and can prove it. Maybe take a $1000 less, but I wouldn't take any less than that, because it's a really nice truck! Good luck with your sell.
