Oh and on a side note, i fixed the cigarette lighter not working/working intermittently... it was the fuses. Yeah make sure to check that before trying to tear your dash apart (idiot). It was one under the dash (cig. port) and one under the hood (power port) and they were back in business. Sorry can't remember the location to pass on, do a search thats how I found it.

New front calipers installed and bleed. I went ahead and bleed the whole system and a funny thing happened. The driver rear bleeder when cracked open had some fluid spill down the threads of the bleeder but none out of the opening? I tried it 4 times and still nothing.

My thoughts are that the bleeder is clogged with something or...? What do you guys think. I didn't have time to really dig into it as we have major weather in the area and I needed to get my truck back on the road. I'll dig into it once this storm passes. So what do you think it is?

Truck did great this weekend, drove from the Mountains to Charlotte to Knoxville and back home to the mountains! About mmmm... 600 miles. Went to visit family and then pick up new wheels for my Golf in Knoxville.

Good news my old bench seat has found a new home in my friends '97 XL that had a horrible ripped vinyl seat. My old seat is much better and more comfortable. The best part is I get my garage back as a garage! That stupid seat was taking up my VW's spot in the garage for months!

Well I just ordered a Griots 6" DA Polisher for my VW and I'll probably use it on the truck eventually. Anyone ever use one of these bad boys? I'm pretty excited about it since they seem to really bring back dead paint waaaay faster than doing it by hand. Hopefully it will be here soon so I can give you guys a review of it.

BTW did I mention the 'new' seats are AWESOME! Now if I can just get a new stereo in this beast....
