Works like a charm, I'm glad I came up with the idea tapping into the Dark Blue/White wire to trigger the relay. Got the fog's installed, I only wish I went with spots.

turns out two 18W flood LED's are too bright/glare to use as fogs. I might put one in the back & use it as reverse light & use the 2nd one as a high brake light. Maybe spots will be better as fogs.

That's what I did as well, - very simple, fast mod that lasts forever. Just have to grind of that little switch stop, if you want running lights/fogs and/or heads separate.... some do some don't, but I like the option to run the lights I want at any given time, with the one factory switch.

They shouldn't be if you aim them correctly. Me and a few other guys on this forum have 6 inch led bars for fogs. As long as you aim them down and away from traffic there isn't an issue

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is to use a decent LED in place of the 9006 35w halogens. True that they're only as bright as daytime running lights, but I wired mine to the nearby parking lights. Low power as to not blow fuses, but enough for effect without blinding oncoming traffic. I was one of the unlucky ones that did not have the fog pre-wire, so it was a no brainier to tie into existing.

Do a search on eBay for "9006 LED" which is how I found mine. Sorry, posting from an iPad, or I'd attach a pic (it's in previous posts of mine).
