Default wiper problems

how do i get to my wiper motors? do i have to take off the black skirt style thing under the wiper arms?

I'd say that's a good place to start... remove the wiper cowl... what are you tryin to accomplish? might not hafta replace the whole motor, maybe just the pulse board...

Yup. Key to ON and start the wipers. Turn key to off when the are at the highest point. Open hood. Remove nuts and pull off the arms. Remove the driver side first. It overlaps the passenger side. There are 4 screws on driver side. One of them should have cover. There is one press pin and two clips that also have to be removed. The passenger side has one extra clip.

they dont even move. i turn the switch and nothing happens
