Unhappy Wiper control module

Does anyone have any information on the wiper control module for a 1997 f150? I think it is located near the glove box, I am wondering how do I test it, and it is different from the wiper relay, correct??

Controlled by the GEM, behind the fuse panel under the dash on drivers side.

  • Wipers Do Not Move in Any Mode of Operation
  • Fuse(s).
  • Circuit(s).
  • Generic electronic module (GEM).
  • Multi-function switch (13K359) (wiper/washer switch).
  • Windshield wiper run/park relay.
  • Windshield wiper hi/lo relay.
  • Windshield wiper motor (17508).
  • Wipers Stay On Continuously
  • Generic electronic module (GEM).
  • Multi-function switch (wiper/washer switch).
  • Circuit(s).
  • Windshield wiper run/park relay.
  • Windshield wiper motor.
  • Windshield wiper hi/lo relay.
  • High/Low Wiper Speeds Do Not Operate Properly But Intermittent Wiper Mode Does Operate
  • Generic electronic module (GEM).
  • Multi-function switch (wiper/washer switch).
  • Circuit(s).
  • Windshield wiper hi/lo relay.
  • Windshield wiper motor.
  • Intermittent Wiper Mode Does Not Operate Properly But High/Low Wiper Speeds Do Operate
  • Generic electronic module (GEM).
  • Multi-function switch (wiper/washer switch).
  • Circuit(s).
  • Windshield wiper motor.
  • Windshield Washer Pump and Wipe Function Does Not Operate Properly
  • Generic electronic module (GEM).
  • Multi-function switch (wiper/washer switch).
  • Circuit(s).
  • Washer pump relay.
  • Windshield washer pump (17664).
  • Speed Dependent Interval Mode Does Not Work
  • Generic electronic module (GEM).
  • Circuit(s).
  • Vehicle speed sensor (VSS) (9E731).
