Windshield Wipers

When In use my windshield wipers sound like a frog....Anyone have any ideas why? and how I can fix it?

I have switched the blades. removed and reinstalled the components. I dont know where the frog is hiding from......

are you sure the frog aint hidin at my house (o wait thats my mom after beans) he only thing i can think of for this is new wiper blades

Have you tried to adjust the bolt that is holding the wiper assembly on, it is between the hood and windshield. It may not be tight enough. Just an idea.
