While I understand the intent of this thread, it is kind of pointless IMO.

You post a problem/question on the forum and if people have a solution they respond. If someone posts a wrong solution, they are usually called out on it and it is corrected.
Even if this post is stickied, people don't read it, so would not know who is "trustworthy" or "knowledgeable".

You could also have someone else who has quite a bit of knowledge on a subject answer the question correctly but not be one "the list", so somebody may not want to listen to them.
