spend the 100 bucks on something else, they are the spacers are only good for making you wallet thinner, and holding down papers.

Thumbs up

Yes it does... it whistles on mine.. but not as loud.. getting a cold air intake will make it whistle even more because of the larger diameter pipe and open filter... which is what I am going for.. but it does... and it does work for $100.. i went from 13mpg to 16mpg.. 18mpg with the K&N drop in filter

My brother's 97 w/ 4.6 and spacer does whistle. BTW, he's also running a K&N 77 series. As far as gains, can't really tell. We did headers, cat-back, and spacer all at once. There were big gains, but how much from the spacer??? Can't say for sure.

as far as the spacer.. there really is no power gains.. i have it for saving fuel and for the cool whistle sound.. but the k&n drop in filter is wht made a difference
