Changed CKP and still won't start. Very frustrating at this point. Don't know what else it could be.

Use contact cleaner in the connector? Does it have fuel pressure?

Default Doesnt turn over but cranks!

Mine is doing the same and started about a month ago. Coming out of the mountains about 2500' drop, we had to come to a complete stop b/c of an accident. I turned it off and once it was time to move, it wouldnt start. Its not the battery as it just cranks but doesnt turn over and then it starts. It did it a few times and told a mechanic friend. He said to use mass airflow sensor spray on the sensor. Directions say 10 to 15 sprays on it and it didnt start. He then asked if it had a spark. he says that if it does then try the CKS. I am running out of things to try.
He also said to see if gas comes out on some valve but I dont know where that is. Finding out that the fuel comes out will rule out that my fuel filter isnt clogged and my fuel pressure is good.

You can check fuel pressure by unscrewing the cap on the fuel rail and pushing the inset below the cap in. If fuel comes out, your pump is good. If not, its bad.

I changed crank sensor but still no spark on any COPs, Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the ignition system for a 2006 f150 5.4? I have done the following:
Checked for fuel to injectors, Ive got fuel. Checked for voltage to injectors, got voltage. Checked for spark on all COPs no spark on any of them. Checked fuses all check good. Changed crank sensor still no spark. Ive been told the camshaft sensor is in loop with the crank sensor so is it possible if the camshaft sensor is bad I wont get spark?

Ok I checked for fuel pressure and I have that and I checked for spark at the coils and have that as well.... but it still wont start. Now what? CKP or cam sensor?

Thank you, I got the crank sensor replaced and it still will not start and still no spark to any cylinders. Im pulling my hair out at this point. Stranded in Texas till I get it fixed.

The crank sensor usually goes bad from dirt on the connector or the sensor. Make sure the plug is clean when you put it back together. The cam shaft sensor could also be the problem and it is easy to change. It is on the other side of the engine at the front and you don't have to remove anything to get at it. Cost about $25 for a new one. Just remember, for you engine to give spark to the cyclinders, it needs to know the position of the crank shaft, valves, and cam shaft . It gets this from the cam and crank sensor, feeds it into the PCM and the PCM then send spark to the cylinders when the pistons fuel and valves are in the correct position. Good luck.
