Red face what's this noise?

when I step onto the bars to get into the truck I notice a sqeeking noise until I sit down. Is this the shocks or what? I also hear it when I go over bumps or hit a hole or something. Its getting annoying know that Ive heard it, I hear it always.
Sound like it comes from the front and the back.

hey it might be your ball-joints, which would be front end... Push down on the front corners of your truck and see if it squeaks

Do this; get yourself a can or two of spray silicone lubricant, DON'T! use any spray lubricant with a petrolum base it will eat up the rubber bushes. lay down on you favorite crawler. You do have one don't you. If not how can you properly admire all of the sensusous things to be seen under a Ford truck. Anyway slide under your truck and hose down every rubber bush you see. Thanks to this solution of slide things should quiet down nicely.

I know the ball joints and tie-rod ends on these modern Fords a supposed to be perminately lubricated, ya right, what I don't know is can you still install zerk fittings. If so this could be something to do while you are under the truck. Being able to hit up these parts with a good synthetic
grease would do them a world of good.

Below is an example of what I am talking about.
