whats the best plugs???

what are the best plugs to put back in my 2000 f150 4.6 L? stock or aftermarket? which brands? has anyone noticed any difference after swapping out plugs after 150K?

motor craft platinum you cant go wrong they lasted 150,000 on my 03 screw 4.6L
