Default What are your spring codes??

Okay so I have a 7700 series with the bigger torsion bars. im tired of how rough it rides. Ive done a bunch of stuff to make it ride better, like adding weight in the back (a bunch) and cranking them down a bunch. This helped a little but not much. I havent checked but i believe that my spring code is 7. I want to buy some softer ones, i am looking at a pair of them with a code 2. Just wondering what your guy's are and what your truck is. Also how it rides with those if youve cranked them up and stuff like that. Thanks in advance, any info is appreciated!!!

Mine with the lighter springs rides great, I just need to balance the tires. It is completely stock, I have heard that with bigger tires and stronger springs that an offroad quality shock can improve the ride. Bilstein makes a good offroad shock.

Well, I already have a lift, bigger tires, and the offroad shocks that came with the lift.

You guys can see what your spring code is by looking at the tag in your door seal. It is at the bottom left corner under SPRNG, there will be two numbers, the first is your front spring code, the second is your rear.
