I have the 4.6L f150 and a brush guard and a backrack and am gettign about 11.5MPG. What is the best tuner for the cheapest price to raise my MPG??

I have a 99 4.6 4x4 f150 and I have an edge performance power programmer and it works great. I actually get on average 17mpg around town and 22-23 on the highway.

I have a Diablo sport predator it gave me 2mpg better with my stock 4.6 /3.55 rear and some extra power.Firmed up my shifts in my tranny. I'm getting between 17-18 city. But I do live in Florida were roads are pretty flat. Works great for me.
