what motors will fit in a 97 f150 with a stock 4.6?

Not exactly dude the heads and the way the cams are held down are different not to mention the gear on the end of the cam. Could be either press or bolt on. I believe the Windsor is the motor to get

I know this is old post but I have 97 f150 with 4.6 Romeo
So I can use any f150 4.6? And have minimal problems
Not much to change. Windsor will bolt to Manuel trans
