Here's mine with a 6 inch lift and 33s for the moment. I haven't decided between 35s or trying to slam some 37s in there. I haven't done anything gear wise but plan on doing something in the future for sure

I think reg cabs look sweet jacked up in the air.. They always tend to look taller also. Is it the 5.4?

It depends on what size tires you want to run

Best or cheapest. Best would e a lift like BDS or Fabtech. Cheapest would be body lift. And with 35's it would be a good idea to regear

Mine is a 5.4 and regeared with 10" on 38s. But it's strong as Hell. With the 4.6 I'm sure regearing would help a lot, I gotta buddy with a 02 scab that's got the 4.6 and he just turned the torsion bars up and stuffed 35x1250x20 under his stock. But he had to do some cuttin of course. Cheapest way to go is get a 3inch body lift and get the gap guards for your inner fenders and it'd look great with 35s IMO

You have to trim a little with 35s. 37s might be tough.
