5w30 Pennzoil Full Synthetic and a motorcraft filter on my 2001 f150 5.4L
I run it in my 2003 ford escape. I live in Sunny California so the season do not change enough to change the weight of my oil. The ONLY plus to living in California.

Are you aware that Mobil One in 5w-30 has been failing the IVA testing for almost a year now? Cam wear will be increased and engine life shortened. If you're a Mobil fan use the EP version. There is no such thing as a Full Synthetic. All of the synthetics will use a mineral binder of some sort to make the additive package work with the basestock. Mobil One is a GP III dino based oil with a splash of Super Syn, an ultra high VI PAO.

My God... I have used Mobil 1 Synthetic last 4 oil changes or so. This is scary reading this.

I guess I will go get it changed immediately.

Yeah, switch to Castrol Edge or at least the GTX Dino stuff.
