Default One Last Tranny Question

Okay, I'm trying to find a rebuilt transmission for my '99 F150 with the 5.4L. I know I have the 4R100 transmission and the part number on it is XL3P-GB. However, I noticed on the fordparts web site they XL3P-G*, XL3P-A*, XL3P-H*, etc. Does anyone know if there is a difference between these? I just want to ensure I get the correct transmission.

I'm sure and its an F150. The door code is E and it has a monster sized pan. I understand it rare to have one in the F150 and usually were only in low emmission states. But somehow one ended up here in Georgia.
