mattmark6- the wheels are Eagle Alloys, dont remember the model off the top of my head. And I paid $400 for the wheels and tires. used. The guy told me the tires only had 50% tread but they really had like 75-80% and are just now at 50%.
And to chime in on the whole new Mustang topic. I dont like the new projected designs, the ones Browning posted are okay to me. I been around Mustangs and Muscle cars my whole life. My Grandpa and Dad have owned many. A Mustang I dont consider a muscle car. Only ones that were true muscle cars were the Shelby's and Mach 1's, even the old GT's weren't considered Muscle Cars. Mustang's were always considered Pony cars. Generally mostly the big block cars were considered muscle cars back in the day. My dad and uncles still call mustangs pony cars but Chevelles and Road Runners and etc they call muscle cars. Anyways... They need to goto a Late 80's early 90's Fox Body style again. Still my favorite body style Mustang anyways.

I agree. The next generation mustang design will a monumental decision for ford. Stay classic "muscle look" or go the "super/sports" car look with some European influences

You cant compare a stock 64 to a stock 15. Thats comparing Apples to Oranges. Technology has changed so much. Cars are lighter now they are mostly plastic and fiberglass. 64's Mustang all metal. plus in 1964 a Ford Mustang's biggest motor was a 289 ci v8 w/ something like 290 hp. Now you got the new 5.0 which is only 302 ci with 400 hp or more.

They aren't as small as a sports car though. IMO a sports car is a 2 seater convertible or coupe. Mustangs hold 4 and are more of a fast back, even in convertible form. They have a dang good sound IMO, there's a grey one in town I wish my truck sounded like.
